Chief People and Operations Officer
Kerrie Challenor is NTI's Chief People and Operations Officer. She is responsible for ensuring excellence in NTI’s operations, as well as leading the People & Capability teams.
Kerrie has a wealth of experience in the insurance industry, both in senior Human Resources and General Management roles. Most recently, she held the position of National Manager, Personal Insurance, Broker Relationships and Service for CGU.
Kerrie brings a welcome combination of human resources and general insurance industry experience to the role.
