How to say 'no' and make it stick

Aussies have built much of our success on saying 'yes' even when the answer should be 'no'.

There's a fine art to saying 'no' but it's important to stick to your guns because the consequences of agreeing to something you know is dodgy or unsafe can be terrible.

We also have a podcast segment all about The Art of saying 'no'. NTI's Kelly McLuckie, Customer and Culture Transformation Manager, and Adam Gibson, Transport and Logistics Risk Engineer, speak with On the Road host Mike Williams about dealing with the challenges of saying ‘no’ and hearing ‘no’. Listen to the podcast here.
